I recently came back for a second round of body work, and once again I was impressed with the results. The team did an excellent job, and my car came back looking brand new. After my first experience, I had no hesitation bringing my vehicle back, and they did not disappoint. The pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the process was straightforward from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.

Do not take your Tesla here for an alignment or anything else, take it to a Tesla service center. Steering wheel wasn’t level and front tires rubbed on sharp turns after they did an alignment so I came back and told them and the guy just test drove it and told me that it was ok. So I took it to the Tesla service center in Richmond like I should have in the first place and turns out the toe on both sides was way off. This caused a lot of wear to my brand new Michelins. They also did an a/c cleaning service and afterward I changed the cabin air filter and found an old, empty wasp nest that covered most of the a/c intake so I’m not sure that service was even done. I even found curb rash on one of my brand new rims after getting it back so safe to say you’re better off taking your box somewhere more reputable that charges $175 an hour for labor. Not using this review to try and get a refund or anything free because I will never return. Other than not being able to perform a proper oil change, a poor alignment is the biggest red flag for any auto repair shop.

I disputed my transaction here. The chase bank asked me to continue get a 3rd party inspection to prove they didn’t do their job.i will do it and I am gonna never trust any small shop like this. They can do oil change but not fix some bigger issue. They will just tell you it’s another problem when they didn’t fix it, and what you have to do is paying more to continue the fixing. Very good shop, good at earning money.

I came to Service street auto repair due to my car having two nails in it and actively losing air. I was greeted by Austin and he was EXTREMELY helpful. There was no wait time and they accepted me as a walk in! Austin pointed out that my tire thread was also very low and that he can get the tire in that same day. They had a little bit of an issue with the vendor with locating that tire and had I believe one of the staff member go pick it up. Austin mentioned that it would take a while for it and that he would call me a Lyft and let me know when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. The tire price was not a bad deal and they did not charge me for the installation fee. Over all.. everyone was extremely professional and caring. For this being my first time, Austin and the team really made it worth coming to this shop and I will definitely be bringing back any vehicles that have issues to them. I recommend anyone who has any issue with their vehicle to highly consider this place first before taking your car elsewhere! I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my service here and thank you Austin for making this experience a very good one!!!
