Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend Collision

Nothing special. I brought my car here thinking that since it's affiliated with the dealership, I would have an excellent experience. They had my car for nearly 4 weeks, and when I went to pick it up and drove home, the car was making excessive exhaust noise. I got underneath and saw they hadn’t tightened the exhaust bolts, and there was an exhaust leak. I had to waste more time driving back for them to fix the problem. If they missed this, what else might they have overlooked? That’s something to consider. I won’t be returning or recommending them. I asked for a $250 monetary compensation refund from a $6200 bill for the time I had to take off work to go back for something they missed, but they refused and offered to fill my gas tank and detail the car. I said no thanks—I don’t need more gas since it’s already filled, and I don't have time to bring my car in for a detail. The car was washed, but the interior was still dirty; they couldn’t even give me a fully cleaned car. Update April 24 2026. Upon picking it up the car was left in service mode and no one had any idea on how to take it off service mode. I had to search Google to find the answer. You would not believe it but I found a part of the door trim left on my dashboard see the pictures I initially did not see it as it blended in with the dashboard. I had to return again to ask why was this left there and to verify that they did not forget to install this part. Do not use this collision center.

The team did a very professional job, and the quality of the work was excellent. Mr. Shane was wonderful to work with, he provided continuous updates and responded promptly to all questions. One possible improvement would be allowing customers to keep their vehicles while ordered parts are pending delivery, especially if the car is still drivable. I understand that not many collision centers offer this option, but it would certainly enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of collision repair services.

Hi, During my car repair, Yancy coordinated everything very well and maintained good communication with both me and my insurance company, GEICO. She handled the process quickly and efficiently. Even after the repair, when I noticed a minor issue, she immediately helped get it fixed. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided for my car. Yancy did a fantastic job, and I’m very grateful for her support.

My experience was not good. My service advisor Tony did keep my updated on the status of my vehicle. The issue was his updates were always vague and inaccurate. It took over 3 months to get my car back and it is still not fixed correctly. They returned my car dirty inside and out and with incomplete repairs. They took my steering column apart and didn't fully put it back together. They sent my car for a windshield calibration that wasn't done correctly. My glasses that were left in my vehicle mysteriously disappeared. My car wasn't the easiest to fix because it is a newer model electric vehicle, but that is no excuse for inadequate service.

Dropped off the truck for a front bumper and grill replacement from an accident. Took 3 weeks to receive my vehicle back which was reasonable. Main job was decently completed. However, very low attention to detail. Missing screws on the side fenders, clips not put in correctly. Another side missing adhesive tape and clip. For having the vehicle for close to a month, proper attention is expected.
