I am happy to say this place is truly honest and doesn't try to upcharge you on anything other that what you take your vehicle in for. They are very friendly, and get your vehicle fixed as quickly as possible. I am so glad I trusted my friend's recommendation to take my car here to get worked on. I highly recommend Greatwood Auto!!

After a short inspection, they identified the exact issue and explained it to me in a very simple way without using confusing technical terms. I really liked how transparent they were about the cost before starting any repair work. Once I approved, they fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working properly before handing the car back. The warning light was gone, and my car has been running perfectly since then. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience.

They figure our some really unique diagnostic issues and always come back with solutions, not just 'here is your problem'. Absolutely love this group and I take all 5 of my cars to them. Every time I take my car in they give me great advice and excellent service at the most reasonable price. They never try to do more than needed. When one of my cars was failing, Michael even helped me find a new one at a major local dealership. They could have kept me coming back for repairs, but again, did what was best for me.
