Extremely disappointing experience! Twice in one month! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying tires for my Tesla from this Costco Tire Service Center. Three weeks ago, I had to wait over two hours just to fix a single flat tire. Today, it’s even worse. I’ve already been waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes, and when I asked how much longer it would take, the staff member simply told me, “I can’t tell you.” It’s clear this location suffers from very poor management and an unmotivated, slow-moving team. The service is inefficient and frustrating. I would strongly discourage anyone from coming here to buy tires or get them fixed. Costco management seriously needs to look into this location’s performance and take action to improve the quality of service. As a loyal Costco customer, I’m very disappointed.

NOT Following instructions. made an appoinment for Tire Balancing ONLY... at the counter, i specifically mentioned to Johana Ramos that i ONLY need Tire Balancing. NO tire rotation.. after at least one hour and 30mins,i asked the gentleman as to what was done to my car, to which he replied, "tire balance AND rotation." Damn, simple instruction, but too difficult to follow, huh... no offer from his side to correct the mistake.. smh..

View on GoogleIf you want prompt service schedule ahead of time or show up early. Dont expect to be first in line at 12pm for a walk in. These guys have to prioritize scheduled installs and services first. Ive had no issues with them keeping this mindset. Its a wholesale business and you have to remember the installs are priority. The team members cant help being short staffed by a couple employees calling in. They cant keep extra team members on hand to anticipate these things. A business such as costco has to be lean to be able to offer the low prices. More employees mean more payroll which means higher prices on merchandise.
View on GoogleIt was not a good experience today at this place. I was calling in this morning to see if I can get the appointment to get my tire fix but the technician told me just to bring it in. It probably take around 1.5-2 hrs wait so I dropped my car over by 3:45 and was waited for 2.5 hours to found out that my car hasn’t been touch. They say it going to take another 3hrs because they’re short in staff. Why didn’t the technician let me know that they are short in staff and it will be a long wait in the first place!? I had to walked up to find out myself after waited 2.5hrs so unprofessional and careless
