Worst customer service ever! Business owner was VERY rude, and had a tremendous amount of lack of communication. When we brought it to his attention that he didn’t communicate with us properly his response was “It wasn’t my job to tell you since you didn’t ask” like excuse me? Isn’t he supposed to communicate with me with EVERY THING he is doing so I can have a better understanding on my receipt?
View on GoogleVic, was very responsive and kept me in the loop of the repairs the entire time. He was able to find and correct the issues in my Audi, a job that many others would not touch. I thought the repair bill was very reasonable for an Audi and the car is running like new! Work done was AC repair, Auxillary water pump replaced. and check engine diagnosed and corrected. As an additional perk Vic made the time to get my car washed prior to me picking it back up saving me some time. Thank you Vic! I will be a customer moving forward!
View on GoogleWow, is all I can say! One a few mechanics that is willing to tackle a Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW. Vick saved me $7000 on a water pump and front end repair job. Most mechanics would run the other way when I told them it was a Bentley. The official Bentley repair shop in Dallaswas charging $320 an hour and Vick charge 175. Overall, the experience was great. He's honest straightforward and he does great work. Cant speak more highly of him. Thanks for getting me out of a jam Vick.

View on GoogleI cannot comment on their mechanical abilities. I can comment on their service, or lack thereof. Called early July to make an appointment for a VW with transmission problems. Was told the owner was taking people to the airport but drop your car off he'll get back to you later in the day. No call. I waited about a week and called for an update. The owner answered and said he had had a death in the family and was behind and would check the car and call me back later that day. No call. I get being a small business owner and getting behind. Just tell me you are behind. Be honest about how long it will take so I can make a decision. Don't say you will call when you are too busy to call and tie up a car I use in my business. After my car sat there for almost a month without even a diagnosis or test drive, I went back and retrieved it and took it somewhere else.
