My wife and I went to buy her a Subaru Crosstrek that we found online. When we got there, we noticed the car was nice but it had some hail damage on top. Went to another place and came back and my wife decided we like this car. They told us if we buy it they would fix the hail damage. Car was shined up and had tire cleaner applied, which made the tires look newer than they were. We did the deal on Friday and I brought the car back Monday so they could do the hail damage. On my way home from the dealership, I got a nail in my tire and had to put on the spare. The next day on Tuesday, I took the car to discount tires. They told me that the tires had 4/32 tread . We realize both front tires have nails in them. At this time, he showed me how the tires were dry rot, and they really did not want to plug them. I told them I would let the dealership know as I thought they would fix them so I did not want to buy them from Discount. A messaged Elijah the Manager and told him the situation. He was not willing to buy new tires because he said they had done the hail repair's and the required gauge is 2/32 to pass inspection . I told him I was going to leave this Google review As these tires have dry rot which my wife and son will be driving this. These tires are not safe . He called me and told me I could return the car. At that point I called the dealership and talked to David the manager. He said that he had no margin to replace the tires And if my requirement was to replace the tires to keep the car, then there would be no deal. David told me I should’ve let him know in the beginning. If he wasn’t willing to replace them now , why would he have replaced them in the beginning? They had shined the tires up, so I did not catch it. Eventually, he said they would buy two tires which made no sense to me because they all needed to be replaced. At that time, I tried to come up with a compromise and told them I would buy two tires at their cost if it was reasonable. He said he would have Elijah check on prices and they would get back to me In the morning. Elijah quoted me $550 for tires and said that would include mounting and balancing. These guys were trying to charge me for the mounting and balancing tires on a brand new car we just bought from them. At this point, I said I’m going to return the car and Elijah said perfect! The deal is they gave me 125 point inspection sheet, which stated that the tires had no dry rot or wear. They should not have put this car on their lot with these tires on this car. They and made it out to be my fault for not catching it. We returned the car on that Thursday and did not get our check for $2500 until the following Tuesday. This dealership was willing to let us walk away for literally about $400. When I went to pick up my check on Tuesday, that car was still on their lot as I think it had been there since March. Still they had not replaced the tires. Beware of this dealership!

I bought a car from Autonation and expected a totally different experience then what I had. They treated me so good it was an absolute outstanding experience. My sales rep, Ike, asked all the right questions so he could get me into a car, that I could afford, and enjoy. Edgar was a fantastic finance person and my insurance specialist was great. Outstanding service from start to finish. Love my new truck. The GM was able to make sure the extended warranty was honored when the insurance company was giving me a hard time on a simple claim. Called a week in advance to get a quote for what it would cost for a DCT on a C8 and how long it would take. Pulled in for the appointment, was told it costs $1,900 for the service, and that it takes “2-3 days for this service because we don’t keep the parts for it here.” Let the service rep know I was quoted $550 on the phone and that they verified my vehicle VIN, the service, costs and was told it takes 3-4 hours. He said “That’s just what it costs.” I asked if he could check with the manager. The $1,900 costs then magically became $750. Still asked why it isn’t what I was quoted after verifying it and he said “I already asked the manager.” Asked to speak with the manager, Stephen. Showed him I have on my phone via direct messages a quote from two other Chevy dealers for the exact same service for $550. He was friendly and after some courtesy exchange the service then was able to go from $1,900 to $750 to $550, what it should have already been in the first place. Somehow they now also have the parts here, that I was told they don’t keep here, and the vehicle will be ready by end of day, instead of 2-3 days. Upon pickup of the vehicle (after 8 hours) the entirety of the seats were covered in stains from the service tech and the entire side panel of the backside charging port had dried white fluid substances all over it. Reached out to see if they could assist with a detail to clean up the mess created, nothing. Reached out again the following day, nothing. Today, still nothing…

I’ve had this car for a few months now. And I love it. They made it super easy to buy the car that I wanted. For my next vehicle I’m definitely going to come back! And also they gave me an oil change and washed my car. overall great experience. And Malik Hubbard was the one that helped us buy the car. And Bruno washed my car with my oil change.
