Pros: They got me right in and were willing to get the job done (a cat shield install), so they are ready to do service! They also gave a very attractive price for the job. They also still assisted despite the following issues when I returned to reconcile them. Cons: Communication issues and complications made the $100 job pretty difficult to deal with, and they were willing to argue with the manufacturer, who fortunately was a 15-minute drive from their shop and inspected their work on a lift. I hope they can improve their service quality. I think the best thing they can do in the future is just call the manufacturer if they have questions before finishing the job. The shield included detailed step-by-step instructions with pictures and offered direct support contact information. I'd rather have it done right than come back or be forced to contact the manufacturer myself. In the future, I will choose shops recommended by the manufacturer for custom parts installation rather than play the lottery with Google Maps.

View on GoogleBeen wanting to get some muffler work done to my Hyundai Genesis for some time now and I picked the perfect place to do it. The gentleman there was super cool and quick with the process told him exactly what I wanted and he definitely delivered. The sound my car makes is nice and gives me large pops and bangs. Went and did a muffler delete as well as the resonators with a dual exhaust tip on both sides. The looks are good and like I said sound is elite. Totally recommend anyone to come here for muffler/exhaust work!
