North Central Ford - Service & Repair

Overall, I am happy with the mobile service. I think it's better to just call in than use the app or online scheduling, because it was wrong. The service tech was great, but I realized afterwards that I didn't get an inspection report. I might use the mobile service again because of the convenience, but my next inspection I think I will take it in so they can put it on a lift when they are doing an inspection?

Ali arrived early at my home to perform a software update due to a recall. She was kind and respectful. She explained what she was going to do and completed the task quickly. I wish I had done this sooner, but didn't realize my truck came with this mobile service benefit; the dealer i purchsed my 2024 Maverick from - NOT North Central Ford - never mentioned it. I will continue to use North Central Ford for servicing my vehicle and that's where I will go when it's time for a new one. So very pleased with the experience! Keep it up, team!

North Central Ford has been my go‑to for keeping my Bronco in great shape. Whether it’s an oil change, tire rotation, or a deeper maintenance check, they always take the time to explain everything in detail. I appreciate how they break down what’s urgent, what can wait, and how each service helps extend the life of my vehicle. Their valet service is a huge bonus. They take me to my office after I drop off my Bronco and bring the vehicle back to me, cleaner than I left it, when it’s ready. That level of convenience and customer care is hard to find. I’ve been taking my vehicles to North Central Ford for years. I took my Lincoln MKX into them for its routine oil change. The inspection said I had very low coolant and it needed to be flushed. I declined the service because my usual service manager wasn’t in this week and figured I’d bring it back. I would have assumed they would put some coolant in or at least communicate to me that because I declined that meant they weren’t putting any coolant in and I needed to be aware. But driving home from the dealership, my Lincoln overheated. I luckily was close to an Auto Zone and was able to fill it to get it back home. It is very disturbing that they wouldn’t take care of a long time customer. Very sad that my usual service manager, Russell, is the only one to look out for me. Come on North Central Ford, be better.
