It's always a blessing to do business with Sammy. This time, his team tracked down a rather serious oil leak on my sister-in-law's car and completed the repair the same day, at a very reasonable price. I never have to wonder if I'm going to be upsold service I don't need or overcharged for the work when I come to NB Exxon. And I never have to worry that the work won't be done well. I've trusted Sammy for years with my cars and have pointed many friends and members of my church to him. I'll continue to do so.

I came in for a CV axle replacement. I moved up to Allen where many shops surrounding the area gave me a much higher quote price. I fell back to my last shop in the richardson area (NB Exxon) and gave Sammy a quick call to see if he could give me a quick quote over the phone. Sammy offered me a quote that was a third of the price other shops offered and threw in a free tire rotation. They have consistently done a good job on my car at a reasonable price. Great shop and management.
