I had a great experience at Kwik Kar in Richardson. I came in for a state inspection and oil change. The service was quick, the work was done right, and they kept me informed throughout the process. It’s hard to find an auto shop that’s both efficient and trustworthy but this team delivered on both. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

View on GoogleExpensive! They start servicing your car before you can agree to their very high prices and by then it’s too late you have to pay!! The owner is very rude and has a condescending attitude, I felt completely cheated and it just ruined my day. I thought I was saving money and ended up paying 114 for an oil change!!!
View on GoogleMy oil change was quick and professional. My complaint is that even though I told them to record the current mileage Plus 5000 miles on the sticker for the next Oil Change because that is what the manual says they still wrote on the sticker to change the oil in 2500 miles. Many places often do this to increase their sales. I have a masters in engineering and I can tell you that specifications written by Engineers are meant to be followed. This to me sounds like a class action suit.
