View on GoogleShout out German motor Works I called up there and Joe saved my life. I had my Audi S4 at the mechanic and they told me I needed a new transmission and said it would be about $10-$15,000. I took my car to a few different mechanics, and they all said the same thing once I called and spoke to Joe he had extensive knowledge on my vehicle. He told me the Audi dealership had a warranty extension on a part in my transmission and I should call them and they could possibly fix it. I did just that and now the dealership is fixing my car free of charge. I would’ve had no clue about this if I wouldn’t have called and spoke to the right people thank you Joe!

They told me the costs for parts and labor-very transparent and they gave me alternative choices. They are honest, service minded and easy to work with. They have a customer for life in me! Adding to this review after my last service! These guys saved me $7000! They are so honest - and could have made a lot of mondy off me, but they fixed my car for $97. There are so many bad shops out there - German Autoworks of Richardson ARE THE GOOD GUYS!

They walked me through exactly what needed to be done, provided fair pricing, and delivered the work on time without any upselling or pressure. Finding an honest, knowledgeable shop that treats you with respect and takes care of your car as if it were their own is rare these days, but German Motor Works absolutely does. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable, high-quality service. I’ll definitely be back for all future maintenance!

The team at German Motor Works was very friendly and professional. But that is to be expected. It’s difficult to describe. But, where they separate themselves from other shops is their passion for the cars they work on. My car wasn’t just another repair job to them. They treated it like it was their own - and priced everything accordingly. I drove off feeling like I left a dealership only without the dealer$hip pricing pain in my rear suspension. Thanks to German Motor Works, Im in love with my car again. And I can even afford to take her out to dinner!
