Astin and his team at Factory Repair Services are fantastic! They are very good technically and their prices are extremely reasonable. My wife’s 1999 Explorer’s CD player had stopped working. We made an appointment and dropped it off. They started working on it immediately and it was repaired and ready to go in a couple of hours or so. It now works perfectly! My 2002 Avalanche’s Stereo & CD Player also stopped working. When we picked up my wife’s Explorer, I asked Astin if he thought that he could repair the stereo in my Avalanche. He said that he probably could but that they were booked out for the rest of the day. I made an appointment to bring it in. This repair was more complicated, so he removed the stereo so that I could have use of my truck while the stereo was being repaired. A couple of days later he called me saying that he was ready to install the unit back into my truck. I took it back and he reinstalled the repaired Stereo & CD Player. It works as good as new! We really appreciate that they have the expertise to actually repair these old radios instead of someone saying that they are not repairable and just trying to sell you a new one. They are very nice and customer focused and they perform their work at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend Factory Repair Services!

Great experience taking in my Range Rover. I had an issue with my L405 head unit that the RR dealership could not fix. Astin diagnosed and then designed a creative solution and got it done. They are the real deal.

The diagnosis itself was helpful, and the issue ended up being the speakers. However, I didn’t appreciate the attitude during the process. I felt like I was being talked down to and made fun of for asking questions and trying to understand the issue myself. The work may have been fine, but customer service and professionalism could have been better.

Porsche of Grapevine told me that I needed to pay nearly $10,000 to replace my PCM in my 2016 Cayenne GTS. These guys took 10 minutes to detach an after market piece attached to my hardware by the previous owner, reset the system and it has operated perfectly. For that I joyfully gave them $250 for the repair. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to let these guys help me. They basically saved me $9750! That should tell you everything you need to know. They could have told me a bunch of bull and charged me a boat load. But instead they decided to be honest people - who does that? Thank you thank you thank you!!!
