Had a great experience with the service department at Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Richardson. A special thank you to Alex, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the service visit. Excellent customer service all around—I would definitely return for future maintenance and repairs.

I ran into the most professional and genuinely caring young man named Noah Harris who made my car buying experience easy and hassle free! I literally walked in and told him exactly what I wanted and what I will or will not do concerning the purchase of a new vehicle and he made it happen! The first time walking into a dealership where I felt seen and heard and not just talked to bc I am a woman! They didn’t try to fast talk me into no slick shit either! I left the dealership happy and with a new vehicle and nephew lol! 😝 Seriously they were the best dealership I’ve been in, in a long time!! If you are looking for a new vehicle definitely the place to go shop at, you will not be disappointed!

I was met by Cody and my advisor Alex, very professional and kind employees, you guys were so amazing in such a rough moment of my life. They over exceeded my expectations by repairing my car as well as making sure the vehicle was washed, it looks brand new (: Extra points for having a room dedicated for kids, I arrived to the dealership with a 3 yo whom spent such a good time playing and having fun in a safe and quiet environment.

I truly despise going to car lots I would almost rather go to the dentist lol. But Dennis was so professional, relaxed and patience with me related to trying to make a decision from exterior to interior color. Steven provided an awesome experience when it came to the financial aspect he made it nearly seamless, normally the financial process is like trying to pass a bill in congress. But he made the experience painless and one I no longer dread. Overall they both changed my perspective of the car dealership experience which I left very pleased and happy with their help.
