I had an issue where my bumper was pulled off while reversing out of a parking spot. I stopped by Central Collision Repair, and without hesitation the owner, Lance, stepped in to help. He immediately moved my car into the shop and fixed the problem on the spot. It’s rare to find that level of care and customer service these days. If you need any vehicle repairs, don’t waste your time elsewhere, go somewhere where they truly care about their customers.

George was very helpful in crafting a custom scope of work for my vehicle which I purchased with existing collision damage. He was communicative, upbeat, and pleasant to work with. We ended up going for a deadshoot instead a blend and they did a great job. The quality of work met all of my expectations and the repair was finished very quickly. Will be coming here for future needs.

I spoke to 5 repair shops and received 3 estimates before deciding on Central Collision. From the start, they were refreshingly professional, detail oriented and competitively priced. On the day I dropped my car, George brought me to the local rental shop without having to ask. We had a great introduction where he took his time to explain the process while walking me around the car. Throughout the repair, George sent me periodic updates. He made very keen recommendations throughout the job, which extended my money much farther than I anticipated. They finished a few days before the initial schedule while squeezing in multiple special requests. Worth noting, the car looks fantastic. I was nervous because the work required a blending of paint but they did a fantastic job George & his team are honest, reliable, and hard working. I will be coming here for any future repair need. I came here to fix accident and hail damage on my car. They fixed things in 5 days and made the process so easy! George handled all the communication to the insurance companies and updated me every day with pictures and work done on my car. I would come here again and recommend to friends!

Do NOT take your car here!!!!! I had my Tesla at Central Collision Repair from December 2024 to July 2025 (for the most part), and I completely regret taking it there. Tesla owners in particular should avoid this shop. They should not be Tesla certified, if they really are. They often justified their poor work by claiming Teslas are poorly built. Their communication was consistently poor, and on multiple occasions, they tried to release the car to me unfinished, saying I should “feel it out.” That is their job, not mine. The car was kept for 7 months, and I still had to point out obvious issues they missed. The windshield had to be replaced twice — each time worse than before — and it was not flush with the roof, causing wind noise and whistling that wasn’t present before. Paint wasn’t buffed out, body panels were misaligned, the frunk and a headlight weren’t flush, and they left dirt smudges inside near the windshield. They even broke parts of the windshield wiper assembly and didn’t replace them. To make matters worse, they didn’t properly tighten the front stabilizer link, which caused creaking. That should have been caught before they ever said the car was “finished.” They oversell their capabilities with a smile, but the service delivered was inadequate and careless. Please don’t use this shop — I wish I hadn’t.
