I had an excellent experience with The Body Shop in Prosper. The team was very communicative throughout the entire repair process: I received text updates at every stage, which gave me real peace of mind. When I picked up my car, the manager personally walked me through the repairs, and it was clear my vehicle had been in very capable hands. The workmanship is fantastic, and I truly can’t tell the car was ever in an accident. They also guarantee their work for LIFE (as long as you still own the vehicle), which says a lot about the pride they take in what they do. I would absolutely recommend them! 10/10. Thank you!

Took my vehicle in for repair after fender bender. They are an authorized body shop for my insurance. Didn’t need to get an appraiser. They will also setup rental car to you pick up as well. Friendly staffs. I hand them my key, The claim manager assessed my car and I am off to pick up my rental. Will update again when it’s time to pick up.
