I came in for an estimate while waiting on insurance to process my claim and get me in the schedule. Chad was able to get my car in quickly to reseat my bumper so I could drive around for the next week or so. Much appreciated!!

Do not initial or sign any documents when dropping off your vehicle unless you're specifically authorizing repairs. the form that they present include all the repairs to be done , (basically you are consenting the body shop to get the repair done if you put initials on the form) The receptionist needs some basic training to do her job effectively. I’ve told my insurance provider not to send me to this place anymore, even if I crash right outside their gate.
View on GoogleI had a great experience for the repair that happened initially. The part has to come and was expected to come after 2 months. It's been 3 months and upon multiple follow ups. I still don't have any response. Appreciate if they can take the same responsibility like they did before they got the claim finished.

Clear expectations were set and met, and the communication was perfect. The partnership with Enterprise was very helpful. They brought a truck to me, so my interruption was mitigated as much as one could ask for. My truck looks brand new, and the experience was easy and friendly. They even vacuumed it out, so it was better inside and out when I got it than when I dropped it off. I can’t speak highly enough about how they operate.
