Quick and friendly service, and super convenient layout overall. I go here to wash my car, and for how affordable it is, they do an amazing job and offer so many different services. I just recently found out they do vehicle inspections and oil changes! So not only are you at a car wash, you’re at an automotive shop, and a gas station! (When I got my vehicle inspected, it was the same price it would be anywhere else, but includes a free car wash!) Convenient, affordable, and easy? Count me in.

I paid for the $65 interior cleaning service, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the work. The interior was not cleaned thoroughly, and I ended up having to re-clean the windows, mirrors, and parts of the interior myself once I got home. After the cleaning, I also had a state inspection done. The inspector wrote on my windshield with a red paint pen, and when I asked if it could be cleaned off, the employee used a dirty towel without any glass cleaner. Instead of removing the writing, it simply smeared the paint all over my freshly cleaned windshield. Another issue was the professionalism during the service. The employee cleaning my vehicle repeatedly shook his head while vacuuming and cleaning my car. My vehicle wasn't particularly dirty, and his body language made me feel uncomfortable and judged as a customer. Overall, I was not satisfied with the interior cleaning service and will not be returning to this location for that service again.

I only use hand washes, so maybe I notice the details a little more than most, but consistency matters. My experiences here have been all over the place. One visit, they used so much interior cleaner that my dashboard felt like a Slip ’N Slide. There was absolutely no doubt the inside had been cleaned. The next visit? The vacuuming was mediocre, and it seemed like the only chemical used inside was maybe a spritz of Windex on the windows. What makes it more frustrating is that I’ve paid for the same service each time. When I questioned the difference, the manager went back and forth explaining that I must have asked for a different service. But if that’s the case, why was I charged the same amount every visit? If my service doesn’t include interior chemicals, then why were they used on some visits and not others? I’ve also had to ask for touch-ups every single time because something was missed. The funny thing is, when they get it right, they do a great job. That’s why I kept giving them chances. I’m not saying avoid this place. I’m just saying pay attention. You might get the “Slip ‘N Slide Deluxe” one visit and the “Maybe We Vacuumed” package the next. I don’t think I’m overly picky, I just expect the same level of service when paying the same price. Consistency is key, and that’s been missing from my experience.

I stopped by today for an inspection and oil change and was greeted almost immediately by Emily. She was super friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Their prices were fair and the service was quick and easy! I cant remember his name but the tall guy that did my oil change and brake flush was also super friendly! I will definitely be back!
