AJ sub brokered w/us in 21. After several vehicles, the technician who AJ was supposed to be paying, asked if AJ was getting paid because he was not. I showed the technician that AJ had been paid on every car. At that point, I started paying that technician directly because AJ was NOT. AJ failed to pay that technician WELL over $10,000. AJ let that Christmas come and go while his tech and family had NOTHING. AJ offered to “give” his vehicle to the technician as some compensation. However AJ was not paying off the car either, because it eventually got repossessed so it turned into a really expensive loaner car. Didn’t pay the tech, didn’t pay for the car he gave as payment. Just doesn’t pay. When you watch someone do this to another, it’s only a matter of time before it happens to you and it did. If you think you’re friends and that it won’t happen to you, not only are you wrong, you’re NEXT. Forward to that following year, AJ comes back as salesman. Then HE took over $3400 from the insured on a claim/repair and left us holding the bag to repair the vehicle and pay the technician who fixed it. So not only did I not get any of the insurance money, I had to pay the tech who fixed it. To this day I have not received one cent of that money he took. It’s always “I’m gonna, I'm gonna” but that’s the way it goes with AJ, he’s always “going to” but never does. He never reaches into his own pocket today, to take care of yesterday’s debts it’s always some deal he's got going tomorrow, tomorrow and then tomorrow never comes. There’s definitely money management issues going on. You can’t run any business especially this one, unless you have SOME financial discipline and AJ does not. I KNOW he’s got a vehicle repossession, so I’d be curious to see his credit report. Look him up on BBB.
