Needed a tire replaced through 3rd party warranty and our dealership in Pilot Point kept giving us the run around. Called Cody and he was freaking amazing. Got the job done and really took ownership of the issue. 5 star service
View on GoogleAshton in the service department helped me with an issue on my F-150 that was causing me ongoing problems and I was worried that it would be an expensive fix. She was able to get it fully repaired under warranty and while the original estimate was 3 to 4 days, she got it done the next day after I dropped the truck off. I am so happy that I made the drive to Prosper Ford instead of taking to the Ford dealership that is a couple minutes from where I live. The service here at Prosper Ford and specifically Ashton in the service department is the best and I highly recommend.

I had a third party extended warranty, and he handled opening the claim and managing everything from start to finish, which saved me a lot of time and money. Overall, I am very satisfied with how everything turned out.
