Honestly very impressed with the service here. I previously serviced my Toyota in Plano and McKinney and was never really happy with the experience there. Today everything was fast, smooth, and professional. Special thanks to Christopher - great service advisor, very helpful and attentive. Definitely a much better experience.
View on GoogleYour experience here depends entirely on knowing who your service advisor is. All others will completely ignore you. The techs seem extremely rushed. My car was returned with dash settings changed, seat not restored, and grease on the steering wheel. That lack of care makes me seriously question whether the actual mechanical work was rushed too. They also will tell you they’ll wash your car — they won’t. Bottom line: don’t expect your vehicle to be returned in the same condition you dropped it off, let alone better.

They use the latest tech whereas you can receive alerts and updates directly from the dealership and/or service advisor. Cameron, my service advisor, was very knowledgeable, informative, kind, and respectful. He appears to love what he does and is a great asset to the team. I visited this location for an oil change last month and scheduled a future service. There was a minor stain on my headlights that I noticed after departure, so I contacted Cameron, the service advisor/assistant service manager to inquire and voice concerns. Cameron, his manager, and service team went above and beyond the following day to not only address the minor issue by restoring the headlights, but also cleaned the entire engine bay underneath the hood (super clean results that left me ecstatic - my car appeared brand new under the hood though I've owned it for nearly 13 years). The possible source of the stain was also discovered resulting in the order of a small part that literally arrived within 16 hrs. The future service that I had scheduled for a brake fluid exchange was able to be completed on the same day within about an hour or so. I was absolutely amazed by the professionalism, courtesy and customer service of this team. Considering the current state of the world, I don't take kindness for granted - I highly appreciate accountability, respect, communication, and treating people the way one wants to be treated. Over the course of a few days (about 5hrs total), I received an oil change, headlight restoration, engine cleaning, brake fluid exchange, cabin air filter replacement, multipoint inspection, and Lyft services. 1.5 months later, my car is still running well. The service team delivered great results; and I am very appreciative.
View on GoogleI could tell right away that they were trying to figure out a way to NOT fix my mini van under warranty. After jibber jabber, the service advisor talked to the shop manager and gave another excuse as to why they wouldn’t even look at it.
