Kyle at KWIK KAR in Prosper went above and beyond during a routine inspection on my Honda Civic. While checking the vehicle, he discovered a rat’s nest that was causing a horrible smell inside the car. Rather than just pointing out the problem, he and the team took the time to remove the nest, clean up the area, and replace the cabin air filter. The difference was immediate, and the car smells so much better now. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care enough to go the extra mile, but that’s exactly what Kyle and the team did. Top-notch service from start to finish—10/10, highly recommend KWIK KAR Prosper.

If your time is valuable, I would definitely recommend this location. I had a much longer and frustrating wait experience at Brake Plus earlier that day, where I waited several hours without the inspection starting.

Very poor service, in last service I reposted rear break noice, to fix the noice they recommended and replaced rear break pads and rotors, and within six months getting noice again and when asked them, they replaced again and put the laber charge on me, why should I pay charge two times with in six months ??? (It’s fault from part manufacturer or service man who placed them, but not from me) when I question them, they are not willing to talk.. not welcoming me to discuss at all .. very poor service and very poor customer receiving.. disappointed ☹️ with them.

Couldn't have been worse! Brought car in for an oil change and inspection. Got it back with a check engine light and multiple error codes. I opened the hood to check the oil and the engine cover was just sitting there sideways. I immediately went back in and notified the front desk, they had a mechanic look at the codes. Mechanic thought it was the battery or alternator but checked both and were fine. He then tried to reset the error so I could drive it and see if it went away. So I drove it home and it immediately came back. I returned the next day to have it looked at and they took 4 hours to call and tell me it has multiple errors and they suggested I take it to another shop to be fixed and assured me they didn't do anything wrong. I took it to a new shop and they found the issue instantly. When they replaced the oil filter they stripped a wire harness and shorted the electrical system. $600 later everything works fine again. I don't ever plan on taking my car here again if they don't make this right. Update: the manager called and apologized and they sent me a check to cover the cost of the repairs. Mistakes happen and glad they corrected it appropriately. Will use them again.
