Karina is wonderful! She listens to your needs and wants and will not try to push you to compromise. We found a great vehicle for my daughter and the Faisel in finance was phenomenal in making sure we were comfortable with the monthly payment. We have bought several vehicles here and will definitely return to do business again. We also go there to service all of our Hondas and revive great service every time. This company knows how to do business and treat people with dignity and respect.

Came in for a routine oil change and multi-point inspection. Alex was my advisor and was super cordial, professional and attentive. Nick was the technician and I really liked the video feature in the client portal he used. He provided a recording of what the under carriage of my vehicle looked like in addition to the standard report of his findings. Got to see how he measured the tread on my tires, wear on my brake pads, etc. Love using their coupons when they come out. And love love love those chocolate chip cookies! Thanks guys!

The oil change and multi point inspection were done very quickly, and my service manager Dennis was great about helping me with some Apple CarPlay problems. They wanted to check the phone interface more closely, so they sent an Uber for me so I didn’t have to wait too long. Excellent, proactive service.

What a damn circus. $4k to replace my radio and wiring harness where I had to source the parts they couldn’t obtain themselves and they not only scratched and sliced the ever living hell out of the interior, kinda ruining my rather nice 13 year old civic, and there’s some random pieces of the interior trim missing too they can’t find or are willing to replace. Took 3 weeks for these repairs, my rep for the job, Amanda was on vacation or sick as long as it was in the shop. The first time I go in to pick it up it wasn’t even done right. All the warning lights flashing and it couldn’t even start on the battery. There were guys running around all day with jumper packs for cars. Yeah, so they somehow drained the actual brand new battery I personally installed and had to upcharge me on a new one. But hey it at least has a 100 month warranty. Avoid this place. I should have done the repairs myself. I don’t know what happened but these guys have gone super downhill.
