I’ve had a couple experiences here and both have been really solid. They did my brake job at a very fair price and the work was done right, no issues afterward and the car feels great. I also came in for an oil change on a separate visit and they were just as professional. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and everything was straightforward. Overall, they seem honest, efficient, and consistent, which is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been to Brakes Plus on 3 separate occasions now and each time has been great! I truly feel like they’re honest (not always easy to find in this industry) and want to do the best by the customer. I overheard one customer needing extensive repairs done to their vehicle, and rather than taking advantage of the situation Brakes Plus recommended they go to dealership first to see if there is a warranty for their relatively new car. I last worked with Mario, and he was very kind and kept me informed along the way. No pressure to do any extra work that wasn’t immediately needed, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location to all of our friends and family!

Sean at Brakes Plus provided outstanding customer service when I brought my truck in recently. He helped me get set up for an alignment and brake flush and took the time to explain exactly what my truck needed and why. He was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience smooth. Even though one of the technicians handled the work in the shop, Sean made sure everything was communicated clearly and that the process went quickly and smoothly. It’s always nice dealing with someone who actually cares about helping the customer and making sure things are done right. My truck drives great now and the whole visit was easy from start to finish. Big thanks to Sean and the team at Brakes Plus. If you stop by, I’d definitely recommend asking for Sean — he’ll take good care of you. 👍
