As always, the best mechanics I've ever used. They always go out of their way to provide an understandable explanation and not push unnecessary additional work. They put in the extra effort to get some of this visit covered by warranty on previous repairs. A business you can trust. I've trusted them for over 25 years.
View on GoogleWe need a human approach everyone can relate to when reviewing a business. For a repair shop "something like"? Did the shop nail the issue? Only half the work completed! Communication between shop staff? Got no answers to questions and/or someone else did what I asked about! Left me feeling that they were clueless or being less then honest? Definitely need to correct this one, we should get solid answers!! Shops communication with me? Very impersonal "mostly text". The 1 phone call I did have "see communication between shop staff above"! Upsale/Added work required "post diagnosis". Charged $800+ part/labor to fix an issue. It did not, new issue found! Feeling of being a hostage "meaning, they entirely control how much I'd pay"? Yes. However, I've learned shut down the repair & take my lumps "where things are cost wise"... I'll find someone else to finish job!!! Place has tons of good reviews, which is why I used them. Moved to Texas with a total of 6 households/families "11 vehicles". All of us are looking for a shop we can trust. This shop is our #3 attempt, sad to say "we will continue looking".... "Now let's see shops reply? Vehicle is a 2023 with a 10 yr warranty & only 32000 miles... Lastly. The name for those working on our cars, use to be called Mechanic's".. As an older person, hearing them called Technicians feels off. Someone at an quick Oil Change place, Technician fits. Anyone know if an old fashioned Mechanic in the Fort Worth area?
