⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience! I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Lube in North Richland Hills! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to recognize Leith. Leith truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing outstanding service, but Leith does exactly that. Even put my boot on the front of my car for free, love that for me! The shop was clean, the service was quick, and there was absolutely no pressure, just honest, knowledgeable, and top-notch customer care. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. If you’re looking for a place you can trust with your vehicle, I highly recommend Mr. Lube in North Richland Hills. Fast service, but was quoted $69.99 plus taxes for an oil change. Confirmed verbally over the phone and in person. Upon tendering out, they charged me $78.38. When asked, he said it was taxes. I told him that doesn't add up based on our tax rate. He then said it was due to the oil filter costing more than expected. As of today, state inspection wasn't available. Won't return based on the misquote and shady tactics of hiding additional costs.

I called about 10 stores and they all confirmed that if I want the tire i have to wait till tomorrow, I called AAA Lube and laith did not have the tire but he went out of his way to order it and have someone go and get it ! what a great service .
