Honestly wasn’t the best experience. I came in for an inspection, was told to wait a little bit-essentially I was there for over an hour. They locked my keys in the car without informing me then proceeded to try and physically enter my car with a pump and metal accessory. When I walked outside to get some fresh air is only when I saw the incident and took action to get clarification from the situation happening. They apologized but that dosnt remove the damage from my car or the stress I was under. If they would’ve just informed me, I could’ve had AAA Come out and help me professionally, Instead, I was unaware and now I won’t be coming back for any service if something so simple was poorly executed.

Hands down the best shop I’ve been to in a long time. They genuinely care about you and your vehicle. They’re not there to nickel and dime you like most shops. They tell you like it is but are very respectful and honest. I just went for an inspection after another shop didn’t have the right smog inspection machine for my vehicle. Got me in and out. They even offered a shuttle ride to someone else who was going to need extensive work done to their vehicle. Can’t say enough good about this shop

Sent my mom to this location because it was close to her, she pulled up and told them what she was there for said it would be a 30min wait. Gentleman had her pull into a spot to wait and an hour and a half later and several customers arriving and leaving she was told it would be another 30mins so she left. Forgetting customers happens but to not admit it and make it right is just poor customer service. Parra Car Care was able to get her taken care of and gave her a discount for her waste of time at this locations. Wasn’t a fan of theirs either but they won me over today.

I recently changed to Kwik Lube due to our other service provider closing unexpectedly. This business is family owned. They have been informative, not pushy, and have given us excellent service. I feel like they seek to inform and educate and let you make a decision instead of trying to upsell. Their service techs are professional, polite and knowledgeable. They continue to earn my business by earning my trust.

I have always had great experience in the last both getting work done on my car and on my daughters’s. However the last time I was shocked that my oil change cost $92+ When I said something I was told that I had asked for synthetic. I checked the price list posted on your wall and the price for this was $74. They told me that my car used a grade that cost more. In my 30 years of changing my own oil, the grades coat roughly the same. Even so, it is just good customer service to inform the customer about the increased cost before doing the service before performing it. That was not done. I usually am given a discount and this time when I asked they laughed. Finally, they did not reset my messages so that I no longer get a “Maintenance Required “ message which to be honest, makes me question if they even changed my oil. I feel compelled to check to see that there is fresh oil So… i am checking around for better prices and may seldom if ever return. You had a lifetime customer but the experience really rubbed me the wrong way
