Went in for a pre-purchase inspection, which costed $100. It was a good experience, took about an hour. They inspected the engine, transmissions, brakes, undercarriage, battery, tires, and other components of the car. It felt like a holistic inspection, and the results felt genuine. Also, the bathroom was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised and took some photos to share. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Wail and his team were amazing to work with. They treated myself and every customer I saw them come in contact with, with amazing customer service! They helped get my vehicle back in good shape and I’m so grateful for all their hard work. I’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely amazing! It’s a struggle to find a shop willing to work on an older truck let alone be happy to put in hours of their time, with love, to make sure everything is perfect! If you’re looking for anyone to work on your vintage or older vehicle, these are the guys, these guys will work with you on everything!

I had a disappointing experience during my recent oil change service. When I arrived, no one greeted me. After waiting for a few minutes, Brian came into the waiting area and simply asked, “White Honda oil change?” I confirmed, handed him my keys, and that was the EXTENT of our interaction. About 35 minutes later, I saw my vehicle pulled out of the service bay. It then sat outside for approximately 10 more minutes with no update from anyone. I eventually approached Lawrence and asked if my vehicle was ready. After he finished what he was working on, he came to the lobby to check me out. I informed him that I had purchased the service through Groupon. I showed him the Groupon redemption screen, including the barcode, redemption code, and date AND SWIPED IT INFRONT OF HIM. He repeatedly told me it was not redeemed because it was not crossed out on the screen. He then asked for a vendor redemption code, despite me showing him all the information available in the Groupon app. He also stated that what I was showing him was not proof of purchase. I’ve used Groupon for oil changes at least eight times since 2024 and have never encountered this issue. Either there was a lack of training regarding Groupon redemptions, or I was being given an unnecessarily difficult time. Ultimately, he wrote down the redemption code and completed the transaction. What was most frustrating was the contrast in customer service. I observed Lawrence being very friendly and personable with the customers ahead of me, which shows he is capable of providing excellent service. Unfortunately, that same level of professionalism was not extended to me. Overall, the communication, customer service, and handling of the Groupon redemption process was not a positive experience.

When I tell you this place provided me with more than EXCELLENT SERVICE. ThNk You Alton!! (I hope I got his name right). I needed to replace my front passenger headlight bulb. I usually do everything for my car with the dealer. The dealer wanted to charge me $$$$ For this and stated it would take 2hrs. My father told me to find a Kwik Kar and see if they can do this. Lucky enough to find this location 5 min from the office. I pull in, Alton greets me and states he can change my bulb in 5 min for $!!! OMGGGGG!! I so wanted to cry as I was so grateful for the short time and especially the cost as well as the EXCELLENT service I received 🙏🏾 I. Telling everyone I know about this place.
