Horrible customer service. I called ahead of time and drove 25 minutes, only to have the price increased upon arrival after they saw me—a female—arrive with my husband. This was despite clearly explaining over the phone what needed to be done. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this shop to anyone.

View on GoogleI called last night and asked for a quote for 2 tires and to have them balanced and etc and the person I spoke with was nice then today, while my husband was there to get it done he had to tell the guy to balance the tires and not just put them on the truck. I don’t know if he was just having an off day or what but to think it is ok to NOT balance tires prior to installing them on a vehicle is not something I can appreciate nor afford for carelessness.
