Billy has been in the business a long time. I met him when he worked at his brother's shop about 15 yrs ago. He has his own shop with a good crew. I took my 2002 Honda Odyssey in to replace a bad altenator. Normally, you drop your vehicle off and come back when it's finished, but I couldn't this time as I was all by myself. They got to me fairly quickly, and it took maybe 2 hours to complete. He's a good man to do business with.

Billy always gives excellent service. I went into the shop with a laundry list of work to be done on my car on Monday morning. Had to wait on parts to be delivered (not any fault of their own) and he had my car done by Tuesday afternoon. Services done were: Front brakes pads and rotors Serpentine belt Front struts and end links One wheel bearing replaced Oil change This isn’t the first time I’ve been to Billy’s either, I’ve been a few times when my old car had issues or broke down and dropped it off overnight and had it ready really quickly every time. I recommended Billy’s Quality Auto Care to anyone, you will get honest and quick service every time.

An honest well spoken mechanic with friendly staff. A clean well kept office is a bonus. I advise you call to make an appointment as he is often busy. A good thing too. Because he is dedicated to getting a vehicle in and out and in my opinion does not take on more than he can promise to have done. This fast service comes with quality work. I have never had an issue with work done on my vehicle, always met or exceeded expectations. Billy has taken the time to walk me- a woman with no mechanic knowledge through the issues and explain in simple terms what needs to be done. Showing me what to listen and look for. I have actually learned during this process and appreciate the extra effort on his part. He will print an invoice and break down the cost upfront as well. While your vehicle is being worked on you can expect clear and prompt communication. Some work I've had done on my vehicle here is as follows: shock & struts, stabilizer bar links, drive axle, wheel hub bearing assembly. *This review is non bias. I do not personally know Billy or benefit from this review in any way. I am simply a satisfied repeat customer. May your search for a reliable mechanic end here!
