View on GoogleI'm giving one star only because zero stars isn't an option. Hands down the worst auto repair experience ever. After spending $15,000 at Red's on an engine repair, I took my RV on a camping trip 3 hours from home. When I got back, I discovered oil pouring out of the engine. The issue was a bolt that was left untightened. Apparently, the oil started pouring out soon before arriving home, otherwise the engine would have been ruined due to running with no oil in it. They fixed that leak. However, on the next trip, there was a film of oil covering the vehicle I was towing. Whenever I stopped for fuel, food, etc, I notice drops of oil below the engine. This time I took it to another mechanic who discovered a clamp on an oil supply line wasn't tightened. These types of mistakes are simply unacceptable. Both times I took the RV to Reds, there was delay after delay. When you tell me, "I'm waiting on a filter. It'll be here on Thursday and the RV will be ready Friday", then tell me you're waiting on an entirely different part the next time I show up, it's obvious you're giving me the runaround. I was more than patient - until it was time to not be patient. When I barked at him about blowing me off, he finished the job and told me not to come back. I see that as his way of absolving himself of any potential damage that may have been done to my engine due to the massive oil leak caused by his shoddy workmanship.

View on GoogleCalled Red's told them my oil pressure sensor is bad they ordered new sensor and put it in right away very fast put in sensor and polite affordable would definitely come back again and tell everyone about Red's they call me (Goober)
