Went for a simple coolant hose replacement and the mechanic says okay should only take an hour 2 hours later ask the dude if it's ready he says it's going to take another hour for the part to get there when I tried to get up and leave he suddenly asked if I can pay today and come back and have them work tomorrow I said no so he asked the mechanic in the back and it's only going to take 20 minutes all of a sudden even though they apparently didn't have the part got home opened the hood coolant is everywhere but at least they replaced the part I guess DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Unless u don't love your car

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! On 3/10/26 I bought 2 new (front) tires for my wife’s car. I left discount tire a couple exits away and went straight to get my alignment here at this place. The man in charge hands me the paper and says alignment has been completed. I go inside and pay and leave. Steering wheel was off but I called and I told him I’d comeback another day. Car felt fine. On April the 1, 2026 (3 weeks later), I’m back at discount tire buying another new set for my wife’s car, same front tires. The night before (3/31/26) she had a blow out. Thankfully I told her to drive slow because both inside front tires were completely worn, down to the wires. At 40 mph she had a blow out, the car pulled a little. We had the car towed to Discount, bought 2 more new tires and took it to another place, they in fact confirmed the alignment was off, the term used was “the toes are kicking outward”. I left there and head back to this alignment place, the manager recognized me and I explained what happened. Immediately he begins to put blame on anything but them. He kept insisting “the machine tells us if alignment is correct, the machine print out showed it was good”, I agreed so I asked, what about operator error, can this happen? He said yes, if the tech does not tighten up the camber bold tight enough, it can loosen causing it to go out of alignment… sounds like that’s exactly what happened. I wasn’t even asking for the $500 I spent on tires again, or the additional $80 I spent on another wheel alignment, I just wanted an apology and at least own up to it, be responsible, and give me the $80 I paid him….something!! But unfortunately he didn’t. Nothing at all. If my wife would have been traveling at a higher rate of speed and had that blow, they’d have a huge lawsuit on their hands. Thankfully I am able to buy new tires again, 3 weeks later, and pay for another alignment, but my frustration is what about the single mom that can’t afford that, or anyone who can’t. The their stick out, with blown tires and an unprofessional alignment job. They’ve lost my business. This is the only place Ive used and even the one on the Northside for my heavy duty truck, they know me and I really was hoping they would make it right…. Never again… So please beware and be safe…✌🏼

Don’t even know where to start. First I asked for one of my 2 battery’s to be replaced and i specifically asked for the old battery because it’s 1 year old and has a 3 year warranty but it was ordered online and needed to be sent in and I needed something now. But on top of that they told me they’d be replacing it with an INTERSTATE battery. Which was not the case it’s the cheapest battery you can get at the local parts store. They charged ($270) for the battery. They also installed the battery cover incorrectly and broke it. On top of that when they did the oil change they got oil all over my white paint and all over the engine. I asked them if they had a rag and he walked over and sprayed brake cleaner all over my paint which is a big no no. It eats everything it touches. The picture is the side fender where it wasn’t nearly as bad but still noticeable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service and when I made a comment about oil everywhere they acted out out to wipe it off. I would have done it I just needed a rag but just a very poor way to run a business.

🚩🚩red flag 🚩🚩don’t come this is a place with the offer a good deal $40 alignment but when you’re there they’re trying to rip you off say that alignments basic it’s only $40 different price for full alignment. I never heard that alignment is alignment. This is a big red flag🚩🚩

Hello, to anyone considering going to this mechanic for any sort of repair, please read this review. These mechanics are extremely disrespectful and always change the prices. I caught one of the workers speaking badly about me when I was asking about how we got his prices. They also tamper with your vehicle. I had to take my vehicle to their place 3 times within a month and a half. I had them replace the same pump multiple times. Every time that they did there was a new price and labor would “increase”. My car was always overheating. I couldn't get to my classes on time and it was extremely frustrating because I had paid them a new price multiple times. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt just to be generous but they took advantage of my kindness. If you're still reading this please go to another mechanic. You won't regret it. P.S. If they have the opportunity to charge you for more even in the slightest they will.
