Pablo Mechanic lies NEW upfront cashier lies Had my car 10 days almost a week for little service. Pathetic. Would you want to bring your car to somewhere for an over week, almost 2 weeks and have them tell you they didn’t your vechical, your property was there? Yup, the twist was they told a lie involving your property which is illegal. Please terminate those two people and do better. It’s not hard to tell the truth what you should of been taught and to do work properly unless you don’t know how to do it properly take care of someone with sympathy then this isn’t the job the for you. To ease my stress over there mistakes, broken promises, and overall bad business they did not offer a small waiver or discount and laughed in my face when we asked because he lied saying he didn’t they had possession of my car on their property when really they had overload on work rather than being up straight they couldn’t take on more work at the moment than having my car for almost 2 weeks. Not knowing you have possession of someone’s property is negligence and lying that he didn’t know for a week is just awful, bad business, unsympathetic, rude and malicious deception which is clearly unethical Also when the of the ladies who’s new started in November said she called me 3 times and texted. I did not receive any phones calls or messages, which is actually hilarious terrible lie because I had received phone calls and messages from people throughout the day. And if you really want to go there we can bring up call logs from the service provider. I prefer to bring my property a real possession that will tell the truth, any type of issues that came up or delays. I’ll pay more than garage and that is what New Caney Oil Service displayed was a GARBAGE hardly it service and had charged top dollar rather than right their mistakes I really wish there was a button for zero stars, this one star that is the lowest option is overly gracious

The smog test passed but they put the results under my older car and I couldn't register my vehicle. Christa said to go to a different shop and get it redone and that she would repay my charges with this company and I did AND Christa was true to her word and did refund the money along with proof that I had it finished. Problem is that the time in between elevated the cost of the registration by a minimum amount of $150. I just wish I'd known that prior to the waiting I had to endure while the shops broken down smog tester machine. $18.50 turned to $288.

This place used to have good mechanics but now I got disappointed, I took my truck here to replace the water pump on my 2016 Ford Explorer, since I bought the truck no one had done anything until now, when they did the work they damaged other things like the air conditioning insade blower and then they told me that was like that, I made them fix it and they fixed it and saying it was a some electric fault, after checking the truck with more time they damaged several things like the top cover, wires was in the wrong places, missing bolts and valve cover gaskets, at this point the truck shakes and makes a noise since then the person who did the work is named Pablo, when you take your cars here check them very well

I just wanted to fix my A/C. My dad had originally brought my car to fix it, which was 150. They told him it needed to fix another thing part of the A/C which would cost 100. I come in a few days later and they end up telling me that my car actually needs something else and will be a 300 dollars cost. I spent the money, my car comes back and it’s the same. My mother called but they told her there was nothing they could do. Waste of money
