I have taken my car there several times and they have always been welcoming friendly. They provide you with the necessary information to fix your vehicle and cost of repairs.They will give you a time you can come pick up your vehicle when repaired. I appreciate the customer service.

They also charge $300 for a diagnostic if you don’t end up using them to fix the problem. $300 to plug a machine into your car that gives a code... I went here because they had good reviews but I don’t understand how they do honestly. Also I picked my car up and my phone cord is broken… 0 stars don’t recommend
View on GoogleCalled to see if they could service my Bmw and was told “ oh yeah we got you covered we have worked on Bmws before” well shot story they had youtube on their side. When I received my car back the left all the covers to my engine loose so when next time I opened my hood I got to see all my cover slung across my engin bay, this caused my insulation to melt all over my engine causing other issues down in my alternator. They left the inside of my car disgusting to the point that my steering wheel was caked up in so much grime that I thought they took a serrated edge to it. They didn't reprogram my car like your supposed to when you get a new battery in a Bmw. Overall if you have easy to work on projects and don't care about cleanliness or things working 100% after going to this macanic then these are your people.
View on GoogleNick at Total True is such an asset. He walked me through every step of getting my car back on the road. I love the full diagnostic that provides pictures and videos so the customer can see for themselves the repairs that need to be done. I believe most of us at one point or another have felt that work was done on our vehicles that didnt need to be done at some of the unreputable places. Never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of and work was being done that really didnt need it. My vehicle is running better. The work at Total True is well done and efficient. I trust the mechanics and the technicians, and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thank you Total True Automotive!
View on GoogleDavid was very helpful, I could have not asked for a better service. Now I know where to go when I'm in visiting my daughter and son in-law. My son in-law is the one that referred me. They had my car done in a day, dropped off late Tuesday afternoon and picked up on Wednesday by 5pm. I couldn't have been happier. Now when I travel back home, I'll feel safe and not have to worry if I'm going to be stranded somewhere. I highly recommend you stop by and check them out. They even have a service to take you home and later to pick you up if needed.
