I heard a noise coming from the bottom of the car. It needed to be bolted back on . They were so nice to me they fixed the car free of charge. It just took a few minutes to fix. So i brought them some pastries and Marco's Pizza to say thank you. Great to find honest mechanics. Loved the waiting room filled with fun decorations. The atmosphere was very nice. Customer Service was fabulous. Very helpful and friendly.

After getting outrageous quotes from other shops, Jason and Bobby took immediate action, were honest, professional, and treated me with respect. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. I’m so glad I chose them and won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, he was told that the repairs would take nearly a week to complete. Needing his vehicle back sooner, Adam contacted Total Automotive to have the alternator and battery fuse link replaced. They were able to diagnose the issue and complete the repair in less than a day, getting him back on the road much faster than expected.
