He got my truck up on the lift quickly and explained the issue right away so I knew exactly what was going on. The whole process was smooth, honest, and efficient. Overall I Highly recommend!
View on GoogleMy husband, JOSUE first called around town since we have only been here for one year we’re still new and was quoted $4500 up to $13,000 for a new transmission plus installation for his 2006 F350 4 x 4. After calling Roy, we were given the option to rebuild the stock transmission to be a high-performance transmission for about $5,000 to $6000. After sharing that this was out of our budget Roy worked resourcefully to find us a used good transmission through his network. He quoted us an excellent rate for installation and stuck to his word upon completion. There was a minor situation with reconnecting the battery with our custom wiring, however they made it right when I came back and figured it out and hooked it up to the battery to get everything working again right away within a day of calling with no additional fee. To top it off and show what a upstanding and kind man Roy is he even offered my husband a free breakfast taco while he was waiting for them to correct the wire connection and now the truck runs great with the new used transmission and everything else works as it should, and we are very thankful to Roy and Jordan and his team for sticking to their word in the quote and following through with an excellent commitment to their work until completion and satisfaction.
View on GoogleIf I could give Zero stars, I would. These people are CROOKS. Do NOT take your car here. The manager Roy told lie after lie. We drove my daughter's car there to get some work done and they kept it for a year, never fixed it and then told her it won't run anymore and that she's better off selling it to them for $200. Then the OWNER HIMSELF (Alfredo) just CONPLETELY disrespected me and wouldn't even look me in my eyes while I tried to tell him about the poor, incomplete work on my own car after my ex husband paid them over $5000!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
