This is the best shop in town. Hands down. Just a couple things you need to know: James works on one or two cars at a time. You need to know his high level skills are well demanded. He had a shop back in his home state but those days are behind. Today he does this on the side of having a family full time, (which I respect) so you're a lucky fella if he takes your car in. Text him in advance at his Google Maps number. Communicate with him and if possible schedule your car going in. Coordinating is the name of the game. That being said, his turnaround time is phenomenal, prices excellent, and professionalism off the charts. However, you need to contact him in advance to make sure he's available. James is now our go-to mechanic for all car needs. He fixed two of our cars already since he is so good at what he does. James is an experienced mechanic with almost 20 years of experience. Give him a shot and you won't regret it. For the cost of what one of the shops around here wanted to charge me to change my brakes he fixed both our vehicles. He also kept constantly in touch and never upsold me. He sent me pictures to prove the issues with the car, and found other things along the way (which I appreciate) but never once did I feel like he was upselling me. I had to actively ask him to upgrade me since his prices are already unbeatable and it was a no-brainer to go the extra mile fixing our cars in his care. For example, he changed my rear brakes and discovered the rotor was rubbing with the calipers because the pads were out on one side. He was honest and offered to change the rotors and brakes or just do the brakes. He gave me options and expressed his professional opinion which I opted to listen to. By changing both rotors and pads it fixed the issue altogether and now I'm confident in my car's braking and safety when transporting my child. He also fixed a valve gasket cover oil leak in my wife's car and along the way offered to change the gaskets for the spark plug tubes, which by the way fixed the car rough idling and rough starting from a cold start. This was phenomenal. My wife immediately noticed and is super happy with how the car is doing now. Happy wife, happy life. We found a new mechanic for the long term. We tried Gomez Automotive on Kowald and he lied about brake life on an older car we had. That bummed me out for sure. HDS Auto was too expensive. MKT Garage was super expensive. We kept calling for quotes, but none can beat James's prices and speed and efficiency. I recommend him 100%. You need to call him now. Seriously. You gotta make sure he can pencil you in before someone else takes your spot at his garage. Call him now!!!
