Rios Tire Shop was a huge help! My wife got a nail in one of her tires, and most tire shops are closed but happy we found them. They were quick, affordable, and very professional. They even found another nail in a different tire that we hadn’t noticed but was always low on air. Great service, fast, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI took my car there after a collision. Initially I was thinking they would get my car fixed quickly and cheaper than expected. However, that didn't turn out to be true. I elected to source my own replacement parts and had to order parts 3 separate times. Everytime I brought what they said I needed and they went to install them, they found something else that needed to be replaced (items that were easily spotted if they had looked). After I finally got everything done and was able to drive my car. I had to bleed the brake system because they opened the brakeline but didn't bleed it afterwards. Then I had to get an alignment done (this shop isn't equipped to do them). The alignment shop discovered that the tie rod end was being held on by a single cotter pin, the nut was missing entirely. It's possible it was simply an accidental oversight. It certainly was a major safety hazard as the cotter pin isn't designed to hold up to that level of stress. If it had failed, or if the alignment shop had missed it, I would in time have wrecked my car again when the cotter pin failed. This shoddy level of service would be unacceptable, even if it had been done for free, which it was not. They have good reviews for basic tire service but I don't recommend them for anything more.
View on GoogleI went in to get a my tire patched after I ran over a screw. They kept my valve stem cap that wasn’t OEM and filled my tire up to 57psi instead of 35psi. Seriously? I mean the valve stem cap was petty but sending me off with an over inflated tire that I drove around on all day is bullshit. I went out of my way to go to a locally owned business instead of discount tire where they would have fixed my tire for FREE instead on the $20 I gladly paid. Dishonest business practices. 👎🏼
View on GoogleRios got me in and out In a jiffy. He gave my kids cold water and Gatorade. And had places to sit, with a cool breeze in the summertime. Support your local business and go to Rios tire shop. He is the mas chingon. This man will not gouge you like discount tire. Honest prices, fast service with integrity.
