Service experience went smooth for my truck’s first oil change. The techs did forget to install three of my green tire valve stem caps. After sending a text message I was told just to swing by and they would take care of it. Despite having to come back I’m still giving them 5 stars for being friendly and helpful. I’ll check next time to make sure they install the caps.
View on GoogleVery nice facility, friendly and helpful people. We were traveling from Vermont and the truck was due for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me in without an appointment. I was in and out within two hours.
View on GoogleJohn was great. 4 star because I think a better check in should be in place for the following reason. I had an appointment at 2:30pm There’s no signage that instructs you where to check in. I stood in line with 4 others ahead of me. Made small talk with a lady in line who said she didn’t have an appointment. Employees didn’t ask any of us if we had an appointment to move to front of the line just asked when stepped up to counter. I asked if those with appointments check in at oil change line or at customer service the rep next to John said here. The lady who stepped up to his counter told him her appointment was at 3:30, arrived an hour early. He asked me what time my appointment was and I told him 2:30, it was now 2:40pm. He attempted to serve me first but the lady said she came early in case she could get in early. I’m not the type to confront people and that rep probably thought the same thing I did…does that make sense that someone who has an appointment now wait while you check in early, For this reason I think a separate check in counter for those without an appointment should be implemented to service those with appointments prior to walk ins. Or walkins grab a number like at a deli counter. 😂
