First visit to this shop and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a one-man team, so James personally handles every part of the process from start to finish. I brought my F-150 in for a 100k-mile tune-up and some O2 sensor work, and he made me feel completely comfortable right away. He was incredibly fair and only did exactly what was needed without any of the typical upselling you get at bigger shops. The truck runs great now! If you want a mechanic who actually cares about the work and is honest with you, go see James.

Hands down the best and Honest place to take your vehicle. James worked on my personal Limo and did an amazing job. He is extremely Honest and humble. I don't trust anyone working on my limo but Cadillac dealer, being that James worked many years for GMC I trusted him to do some repairs and did an amazing job on a last minute trip that needed to be done before going to Houston. He call me during the trip to make sure the car was 💯. I'm very thankful that he took the time to call and check on us. The car ran perfectly up there and back. THANKS JAMES!

I can’t say enough good things about Byrd Automotive! It’s hard finding honest and dependable mechanics, but this shop has been amazing. The quality of work is always excellent, prices are super fair, and they really care about doing things right. James always keeps me updated if anything else comes up and makes sure I understand what’s being done before moving forward. My car is always done on time, and I never feel like I’m being overcharged or pushed into unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and workmanship. Byrd Automotive has definitely earned my trust and all five stars!
