Legacy swapped out my transmission on my 2021 Ram 2500 about a month ago. I use my truck for work and they got me back on job sites in just a few days. They were super easy to work with and saved me a lot of money compared to other local options. Robert and Alexis are good people and care about their customers. Even had me bring it back in to confirm everything looked dialed. Feel like I’ve got a new truck again. Thanks again!
View on GoogleI took my truck here for an issue with starting and they quoted me almost $800 for an ignition module that cost about $100 and takes about 10 minutes to swap. I got it done at Harlen Automotive Repair for $172.54. AND, he said the bottom mounting screw was snapped off and the top screw was missing as if they just yanked it off and broke it when removing it out of spite after I told them I wasn’t moving forward with the repair I didn’t authorize and they had already done the work. Total scam job. I would steer clear of this place.
View on GoogleI had my transmission replaced roughly 2 weeks ago. Since then I've had a lot of driving and my car is running Great! The service was great from beginning to end! Hopefully, I never need to use them again, but if I do need transmission work in the future I will be back.

View on GoogleTook my Dodge to Legacy Transmission because the transmission was making a horrible noise. Robert explained that he would not pull the transmission before driving it and verifying the problem. I left it and he didn't get backto me for a couple days, so I called him and asked how it was going? He stated that he had driven the truck for 2 days and that it ran great, no noise or anything abnormal. On the next day I met with Robert and asked what I owed him, he said nothing, because he hadn't fixed anything!!!! I have been driving that truck for 3 months since with not one problem. Robert could have sold me a brand new transmission as so many others would have. Good on you Robert, thanks for the honesty!!
