I’ve been using HDS Automotive since 2020 to service my vehicles. The service is always excellent, and I feel confident knowing that I never have to worry about being sold a service that isn’t needed. They treat me with respect, explain what issues are urgent, and anything that might become an issue in the future so I can plan ahead and not be blindsided by a large repair bill down the road. They did a few used car inspections for me when I was replacing my vehicle, and kept me from buying something that would have ended up needing a lot of repairs pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

From Quote to pick up Chris and Albert at HDS were phenomenal!! Chris quoted us $1000 less than 3 other shops. Then on top of that he replaced the entire AC system during his personal time so that we could still travel next week for Thanksgiving. Thank you Chris. We use Chris and team at HDS for truck maintenance, and they are awesome! But this time they went above and beyond. I had a battery issue and tried to do something on my own at a local auto parts store. The problem was bigger than I expected so I called Chris. This is where Chris and his team shine. He put me on FaceTime, walked through the whole issue. He then called later to check on everything. And then again after the weekend! That’s an auto mechanic that truly cares! Thanks HDS!

I came to this shop previously through a family recommendation and had a generally positive impression at first. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I was originally quoted $3,450 for an evaporator core replacement. When I called back later to schedule the repair and confirm that the estimate was still valid, I was told the price had increased to $6,500, which honestly left me in shock. Because of that sudden change, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my truck to ATS – Automotive Technology Solutions, where they performed another diagnostic. They determined that the issue was actually a leaking condenser, and that my evaporator core was completely fine. The total cost for the correct repair came out to $1,400. Situations like this are exactly why it’s important for customers to get a second opinion before committing to major repairs. I’m grateful I did, because it saved me thousands of dollars. I’m sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions and take the time to compare diagnostics and pricing before moving forward with expensive repairs.
