Excellent auto maintenance shop that has all 3 of my most important requirements when I need car care that I can't do on my own: 1. Competence 2. Honesty 3. Fair pricing Twice now I've gone in with issues on an older vehicle that I thought were needed, only to be advised it either wasn't required or would create other problems. Most shops would just do as asked without taking the time to explain to the customer why the work wasn't necessary or the downside risks... these folks do, and kudos to them for doing so! Nice to have a local mechanic with honesty and integrity and whose opinion I've come to trust and appreciate!

Everyone at the Fix It Shop was so helpful, kind, and honest folks! We were in a last minute pinch of having car problems before a long distance drive and they really did everything they could to help us. Beyond grateful for the honesty and care! That’s rare to find for any mechanic shop, let alone when you’re in pinch having to trust an unfamiliar spot. Support them if you’re in need!

They couldn't fix the noise, but assured me it is not a safety issue. Even though they replaced a belt, they didn't charge me. I will go back to them in the future. Auto mechanic shops would be wise to realize if you rip someone off once, you only get that person's business once. If you treat people well, they become loyal customers, recommend you to others, and give you a good review. I have already recommended Fix It Shop to one person and now I'm posting a good review. HONEST & AMAZING SERVICE!!! Take your vehicle to the Fix it Shop on Industrial Dr. in New Braunfels, you will not regret it. We were told the starter needed replaced by Midas in San Antonio. My daughter is younger and uses it, so she took it in. I told her I wanted to bring it to the Fix It Shop, because of the amazing service they gave my mom. It ended up being just loose battery wires. They saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest and good hearted people.
