Went in to get some work done after getting an engine diagnostic test as O’Riley. I needed cylinder 2 ignition coil changed and all 6 spark plugs. I pull up, and was immediately greeted. I was told they would finish up this one vehicle then get me a quote. Three vehicles later, I enter the shop to ask how long it would be. I was told as soon as they were done this one vehicle. They came as they said, but came with a quote for a tune up. Mind you, I did not speak to the guy doing the quote when I arrived. He had no knowledge of my vehicle or issues related to it, but felt it was okay to give me a quote. I was given the quote after waiting around for an hour. The quote did not contain the parts I needed, I needed 1-3 ignition coils (not on the quote), 6 spark plugs (on the quote), manifold gasket (not on the quote), and coil boots( not on the quote). The quote that contained 1/4 of the parts was $611 contained 3 hours of labor at $175 an hour which according to other quotes is astronomical. The guy got mad at me for walking out while he tried to explain to me that I MUST change all 6 spark plugs. Not sure that was the subject pal… decided to holler as I walked to my car, not Voltaire just speaking the same thing as inside. He just felt the need to be loud and obnoxious I guess. I can’t speak on the actual service on my vehicle since we couldn’t even get that far.

Went in this morning to get my oil changed and Jory is as a nice of a guy that you will meet. He seriously needs a raise. Yall are lucky to have him at that location. He came right out and got me right in and got it done. I cant complain one bit. It was a great experience and I will not ever go anywhere else from now on. Again Jory was great. GIG EM WHOOP!!!!!!!!!!
