I am very pleased and satisfied with Nikki as my Service Advisor. She'explained to me what has to be done on my next oil change so to keep my beautiful truck in tip top condition. And for that I am very happy knowing that she only wants best for my truck. She rocks.
View on GoogleHorrible service. It took me months to get my windshield "repaired" with the company they recommended. The process started in November. By the time they ended up not fixing the window and I'm still left with two cracks. They kept saying they would contact the warranty company, but they never did. The warranty ran out and my window is still cracked.

With respect to New Braunfels Nissan, I will not take my Altima to no other dealership in town. The team is extremely professional are desperately working to earn your business. Highly recommend for others to try, you will not be disappointed. Sincerely appreciate all they have done for my me and my Family.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is only due to my having to wait 15-20 minutes when I first arrived at my reserved appointment time. Everything else was wonderful. Also, the technician video is outstanding and thorough.
