⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and very professional I had my rims replaced on my Mercedes and the experience at SunAuto Tire & Service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very professional and made the whole process quick and easy. JT (Jonathan Taylor), the service advisor, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. He kept me informed throughout the process and provided great customer service. A big thanks as well to Kevin, the technician, who did a great job replacing the rims. The work was done professionally and the car looks great. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend SunAuto Tire & Service in Missouri City to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto service.

Sun Auto is the best repair shop in town. They took great care of my Jaguar F-PACE and had me in and out quickly. The manager, Johnathan, was honest, friendly, and easy to work with, which I really respect. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but Sun Auto earned my confidence. I have been to this location several times and each time the customer service was excellent. And work complete in an efficient and timely manner. I have had oil changes, CV axle assembly done and this trip Intake Manifold Runner Control..I recommend this location. Give them a try..

I brought my car to Sun Auto today to get everything checked out before a road trip, and Mr. Greg and Mr. Jacir took care of me and my car like I was a treasured member of their own family. They handled my inspection, checked all the fluids, took care of the tires, replaced my windshield wipers, and went through every detail to make sure the car was absolutely safe for a long drive. They weren't just doing the bare minimum to get me out the door. They took the time to do it right and with pride. They showed me everything, then sent me pictures and an email so I could see exactly what they found and what they did and have a record of it. The pricing was more than fair and honest, no surprise charges or upsells. Every single person I interacted with was professional, respectful and kind. I felt like they genuinely cared about my safety and about making sure I could hit the road with confidence. I will absolutely be back.

I took my vehicle to Sun Auto and Tire on April 25th because my left rear tire was suddenly losing air. When I arrived, the tire pressure was at 31 PSI. After their inspection, I was told there was a “large nail” in the tire and that it could not be repaired—only replaced. I explained I could not afford a new tire at that time and would look elsewhere. The representative said they understood and that my vehicle would be brought around. About 10 minutes later, I noticed my car parked outside. No one came to notify me, no one spoke with me, and I was not even handed my keys. When I got into my vehicle and turned it on, the tire pressure had dropped to 18 PSI. They returned my vehicle in an unsafe condition without saying a word. No warning, no attempt to add air—nothing. Driving on a tire that low is a safety risk and could have caused rim damage. I was fortunate to live close by. It gets worse. After refilling the tire myself, I went to a used tire shop. They removed the tire and showed me there were actually TWO nails in the tire—not one, as I had been told. Then I reviewed the inspection report that Sun Auto and Tire emailed me. The report states: “Nail on sidewall” Tire below 2/32nds Recommendation: replace tire But nowhere does it reflect that the vehicle was returned at 18 PSI. Even more concerning, I came in specifically for a tire issue—yet the report includes unrelated upsell recommendations like: Air filter replacement Fuel system service So instead of ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive, time was spent identifying additional services I did not come in for. At this point, I am left questioning: The accuracy of the inspection The completeness of what I was told And the priority given to customer safety vs. sales Returning a vehicle in an unsafe condition, failing to communicate critical information, and providing incomplete or questionable inspection details is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this location. Proceed with caution.
