I can’t say enough great things about AAAMCO in Missouri Cityand Mr. Big O!!!!! He has been taking care of our family’s vehicles, including our work vehicles, for years. He’s always honest, reliable, and truly cares about his customers. Mr. Big O treats every vehicle as if it were his own and always goes above and beyond to help us. He takes the time to explain everything, does quality work, and never tries to sell you something you don’t need. "If you are looking for a shop that truly knows what they are doing, look no further than this AAMCO. I’ve brought multiple vehicles here, and they have consistently delivered high-quality work at a fair price. I recently had two major issues across my fleet: a transmission replacement on my Challenger RT and a series of difficult coolant leaks on my Mercedes S550. These are two very different machines with complex needs, but the team handled both flawlessly. The Challenger is shifting better than ever, and they managed to track down and seal every single leak on the Mercedes, which is no small feat for a high-end luxury car. The standout part of my experience was working with Big O. His communication is second to none. He didn’t just give me a bill; he took the time to explain the issues clearly and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and technical knowledge in one place. Great pricing, expert labor, and a team you can actually trust. I won't take my cars anywhere else. I had a fantastic experience with Aamco car care in Missouri city I was frustrated in going through different things and it was totally out of character for me to do such a post without being patient. They were outstanding courteous expressed regret for the issue that I had that they resolved in a timely manner. They also repair an issue that was not part of my warranty that was worth $1000 and they took care of it for me they ought to be commended for the Customer Service Big O is the representative that I have been dealing with and he’s been fantastic from day one and like I said I was going through some things unfortunately in life and took it out on the wrong people and business.

After taking my vehicle to multiple shops with no real answers, the AAMCO crew quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty crossover pipe something no one else had caught. Not only did they identify the problem, but they fixed it efficiently and professionally, getting me back on the road with confidence. Their expertise, honesty, and dedication truly stand out.
