Last Friday night, I noticed that the lower bumper guard on my car was partially hanging because a couple of retaining pins had come loose. I was concerned that if I continued driving with it for a week, the entire guard could come off. I spent Saturday morning trying to get an appointment, but most shops couldn't see me for several days. Fortunately, I stopped by Sun Auto Zone in Sugar Land. Even though they were in the middle of their lunch break, the team took the time to look at my car and quickly fixed the issue. What impressed me most was their willingness to help when they understood the urgency of the situation. They were professional, accommodating, and genuinely cared about helping a customer avoid a bigger problem. To top it all off, they didn't charge me anything for this minor repair. The repair itself may have been small, but the impact they made was huge. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days. Kudos to the entire team at Sun Auto Zone! I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future automotive needs.

View on GoogleMy family was traveling through the city to get to a grandsons baseball game and we had a tire that was losing air very quickly so we saw Sun Auto and pulled in. We were greeted by 2 service employees and also the manager Jeff Soto. They quickly looked at the tire and saw a large nail. Brought a jack to the front of the building, removed the tire, repaired it and put it back on within minutes! We were offered coffee or water and restrooms. We were back on the road in 20 minutes. What a blessing these kind people were. I highly recommend !!!!!
