We reserved the set of tires and made an appointment online for the installation as well as wheel alignment. When we arrived for the appointment, we were greeted by Banji. He took care of us from beginning to end and consistently kept us posted on the progress throughout. After a couple of days, I received a call from Banji, apologizing for an oversight - he realized he forgot to apply a rebate on the tires I purchased and refunded me. Now that is customer service! If you are in need of new tires, Banji and all the technicians at this NTB will take care of you with excellent customer service!
