My husband went here and had a great experience and so he told me to go. I also had a great experience for our car inspections. This gentleman is so nice and so quick and efficient. It took me maybe five minutes from driving up until leaving. Please go here.
View on GoogleWhat I can be honest about is I always come here. The older gentleman that is inside the owner always nice to me, but the gentleman that was outside I never met because I am always in and out however I went to this facility today at 4pm 6/24/2024 to get my car inspected. I showed my insurance card 3 times to the gentlemen. He was still confused about my expiration which they finally got it together once I showed the gentlemen at the desk so he can tell him because he entered in the wrong dates. Okay now once that was straightened out I was good windshield wipers. The gentlemen installed then while the other gentlemen was still doing my emission. Well he finished about 415pm. I paid and then I left. Heading to work I was in Hwy 90 heading to 610 s freeway but God spoke to me and I was redirected to take Holmes Rd. Well once I crossed over Orem to take Holmes Rd to work my daughter called into the bluetooth in the car. Not EVEN 2 MINUTES INTO TALKING I SCREAMED BECAUSE MY HIS FLEW UP!! THERE WERE CARS BEHIND ME AND BESIDE ME. I WAS ABLE TO stop while in traffic but causing cars to swerve. This gentlemen could have caused some major problems because he did but see to my hood being closed correctly. So while I'm out in the heat trying to pull the hood down here comes some flashing lights out of no where in an unmarked car was Sgt. Bas with Precinct 7 Constable office. When I tell you this officer did everything in his power to assist me and get me off the street because this was rush hour traffic and too it was a busy street. He was not happy because of what happened to me. I did immediately start calling the place of business because it was 4:49pm and the sign read they close at 5pm. They were still there because there was 2 people waiting someone could have answered the phone. You couldn't leave a message but I continuously called up until 530pm hoping someone will because this has me scared, nervous, shaken up, and my anxiety was at an all time high! That Sgt. Tried for 45 minutes at least to try and get the his down to where he went to his patrol vehicle and came back with a screwdriver, and a drill. Yes he did! We did everything we could but since he was over the Fleet Dept. He was able to take the hood off do what he could but he stated since the hood came up into my windshield causing some damage he wanted me to go back to to the facility and I explained to him they were closed to take it back there first thing in the morning. So I took some before and after pictures plus video and the Sgt. did mention if they give a hard time about because they were the last to touch my hood I can call the Precinct and ask for him and they he also have the body cam video. I lost hours of work I drove 10 mph because I could go through that again, but I'm concerned about driving home since I get off at midnight. Faith I have so I know I will be okay but the facility has some explaining, an apology, and accommodations to do because this was just all the way WRONG!
