I've been a customer here for 20 some years. I've always had a positive experience. Recently I needed help with a check engine light. During the diagnostic the mechanic found more than one thing wrong. They sent me a list of their check-up and prioritized what needed to be done by safety importance. I did not end up signing off on every thing they found that needed to be fixed but I did sign off on their strongest recommendations. I appreciate that they talk to me without any holier than thou attitude and without scare tactics. It's very straight forward and mature. They know I'll come back for the rest when I have the money--they just want to see me driving safe and without damaging the engine. I like to fix things myself when I can but when I'm jammed up or in over my head I go to Junior at Goose and he and his team take good care of me for a fair price. Strong recommendation.

NOTHING BUT THE BEST SERVICE HERE!! SERIOUSLY!! I first came here when the name was Hope Automotive and that was exactly what I needed at the time, HOPE!! They worked on my Honda Civic and were just exceptional with their work and their customer service. I now have a Nissan Rogue Sport, and nothing has changed. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and the pricing is doable. If you are in the area or close to the area and need a mechanic or good shop to take your car(s), bring it here. You won't be disappointed.
